I think it's time for me to take my medication.

I really don't know how that got in there. I don't have any southern relatives or anything. I don't know where I would have picked that up. Maybe it's because my mother's family is from Southern Ohio. I always thought my speech was solid Midwestern. I was really looking forward to a career in broadcasting.
